   These conditions apply to every agreement between Dubai Chocolates and you, as a consumer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.
3. Orders and Processing
   3.1. How to place an order?
   Orders can be placed through our website following the steps on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.
   After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

3.2. Availability of products:
All our products are available while stocks last. In the event of force majeure or unavailability of a product, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

3.3. Changes or cancellations:
You can change or cancel your order as long as it is not yet being processed.

4. Prices and Payments
   4.1 Prices:
   All prices on the website are indicated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery address.

You can pay using various payment methods that will be displayed during the ordering process (eg Bancontact, credit card, PayPal). Your payment will be processed in a secure environment.
Payment will be debited immediately when the order is placed. If the payment fails for any reason, your order will not be confirmed.

5. Delivery
   5.1. Delivery times:
   We will endeavor to deliver your order within the times stated on the website, however delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (eg public holidays, force majeure). In this case we will notify you.

5.2. Delivery address:
Orders will be delivered to the address you provided when placing the order. We are not responsible for any errors in the delivery address you provide. Please make sure you provide the correct address.

5.3. Collection of the order:
If the courier service does not find you at home, your package can be delivered to a collection point.

6. Right of withdrawal
   6.1. Right of withdrawal:
   As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. However, the products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
   The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened food products or products that do not spoil within the withdrawal period.

6.2. Refund:
After receiving the returned products, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. The return shipment of the goods is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

6.3. Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, such as food (including chocolate) whose packaging has already been opened.

7. Complaints
   If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at any time at [email protected] . We will endeavor to respond to any complaint within 7 days and find a solution as quickly as possible.
8. Warranty
   As a consumer, you have a legal warranty right on purchases that have defects and are defective beyond your control. If there is a problem with the products delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

   Dubai Chocolates is not liable for:

• Delays or errors in delivery if the cause is beyond our control (eg force majeure, transport problems).
• Dubai Chocolates’ total liability will never exceed the value of the product you purchased.
